American Eagle Techs was founded by Blake Gasaway with firsthand knowledge of what property owners actually need. Managing over 2,000 single and multifamily housing units through Gulfway Capital, Blake saw the same problem repeatedly: gate and access control companies that over-promised, under-delivered, and disappeared when something broke.
AET was built to be the opposite. We hire and train our own technicians — no subcontractors. Every install follows UL 325 and ASTM F2200 safety standards. And when a gate goes down at 2 AM during storm season, we pick up the phone.
Today we serve residential, commercial, and government properties across Northwest Florida's Emerald Coast and East Alabama. From single residential driveways to multi-lane commercial entrances at military installations, our scope has grown — but the commitment hasn't changed.
